Frequently asked questions

Can I convert from grams back to cc?

Yes. Enter the mass field instead of the volume field and the converter will compute the corresponding volume using the selected density.

Why does the result depend on the ingredient?

Different ingredients have different densities, so the same volume can weigh very different amounts. The converter uses common ingredient density tables for this reason.

Limits and interpretation
